Contribution Guidelines
We are always looking for new content for Blueprint Bluepers, however, we only publish original work and first hand experience stories.
If you have a personal story to share that you think would be a good addition to our site or want to send us an original photograph or drawing, please read over the following guidelines before submitting.
Contribution Guidelines
- Only original work will be accepted. All stories or jokes must be your own, drawings must be created by you and photographs must have been taken by you with permission of the humans or building owners involved.
- Do not include identifying information such as names, addresses, company names, project names and so on in the image or story.
- Submissions must be relevant to the topic of the site, which is construction and architecture related humor.
- Include your contact information with your submission, including full name, company name, email and phone number.
- Send images and drawings in one of the following formats, no smaller than 600 pixels wide: jpg, pdf, Adobe Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator.
- Please don't sent us anything naughty. There are plenty of sites out there that accept that kind of humor, but Blueprint Bluepers is not one of them. Do not submit material that includes nudity, sexual humor, racist or sexist humor, exceptionally coarse language and so on.
- Do not send us material who's sole purpose is to promote your product, yourself or your company. If you are interested in some kind of partnership, send an email to partners@blueprintbluepers.com.
- Please send us information about the image or drawing that helps tell the story as to why the image is amusing. For example, the type of project, who discovered the error, how you or your team reacted to finding the error and so on. Basically, tell us the story behind the error.
- Please note that the Nigro Firm may alter your image size or crop it to fit into the parameters of the web site, we may also edit the language of a joke or story, or rewrite it if needed to make it fit into a certain space or we may remove objectionable or identifying information.
- Lastly, we reserve the right to not publish submissions and the right to remove or move material when we deem necessary.
